Pay Your Bills Online

As a convenience for our patients, we offer online bill-pay that allows you to make a one-time credit card payment through a secure portal.  To make a one-time credit card payment, please visit www.quickpayportal.com.

If you have a question about your balance or if you need to update your insurance information, please call Customer Service at 1-800-566-5050.

Financial Assistance

We have a number of programs to help make paying for your care more manageable, including Financial Assistance discounts for uninsured patients and payment options.

Discount Program

We have a discount program available to patients without insurance that do not qualify under the Providence Hospital Financial Assistance Policy.

Uninsured discounts are as follows:

  • Providence Medical Group –  41%

If you have insurance and you can’t pay your bill, please contact the Providence Medical Group Billing Department  at 1-800-566-5050.

In cases where an eligible patient receives financial help of less than 100% of gross charges, the patient will not owe more than the amount generally billed (AGB) to individuals who have insurance. Please call us to request a paper copy of the AGB calculations.

After we have processed payments from your insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, you may receive a bill for remaining charges you are responsible to pay.

If you are unable to pay your bill in full, our specialists can work with you to set up a payment plan to pay your balance over time.

We also offer the Clear Balance Loan Program with no fee or interest cost to the patient.
